• Shipping & Delivery
• Currently, all orders are processed for only the Continental United States via UPS. Most UPS Ground packages should arrive no longer than 2 days once the order is completed. Locations farther away may require 2 Day Air Shipping! Overnight shipping is also available. No Ground Shipping will be allowed for some locations. This reassures receiving the freshest products possible! Gel packs are used for extra protection when shipping to warmer climates or during warmer months. Please be sure you or the recipient is readily available at the time of delivery. Customers will be required to pay the costs to have orders reshipped if any order placed has an incorrect shipping address. To ensure freshness, orders will be shipped Monday-Wednesday. Some orders may be shipped on Thursday depending on the destination. Because of the shipping schedule, please allow a total 7-12 business day order process. Call if requesting special shipping



• Return Policy
• Chay J's is confident that the products will be prepared, packaged, and delivered with the up most care. However, if for some reason the products arrive inedible and/or were affected during transit, please submit pictures of the damaged goods for a full refund or replacement.

  Care of Products:

  Chay J's is also confident that the confections will be so hard to resist that you'll consume them as soon as possible!! However, should you feel the need to ration the goodness and save for another day, please be aware of how to keep your candies.

  Pralines:

  Pralines should never be refrigerated or left in hot environments. Store in a cool dry place. Pralines are best when consumed immediately however they will stay good for up to four weeks or more. Pralines (all flavors) are subject to a crystallization process-the sugar turning back to its original form. It happens at the time the candy is made resulting in white spots in the finished product. Don't worry this is common in this type of candy and doesn't have any effect on the great flavor. Pralines are best devoured within 2 weeks.

  Pretzels/Pecans and Peanut Brittle:

  The Creole Pretzels/Pecans and Peanut Brittle have a little more resistance to heat than other confections however Chay J's would recommend that you also keep in a cool dry place. They last approximately 3-4 weeks.

  Gourmet Pies:

  The Gourmet Pies will be freshly made and frozen immediately before being shipped. Pies that arrive completely frozen or partially frozen should be allowed to thaw up to 24 hours (can be placed in the refrigerator until thawed). They may be warmed in the microwave by the slice as needed. The pies should last no more then 5-7 days. Of course refrigeration allows the pies to last longer. If left frozen, it could last up to one month.

  Chocolate Covered Strawberries:

  The Chocolate Covered Strawberries are extremely perishable and should be definitely eaten immediately. However, the chocolate will serve as a natural preservative and if refrigerated will last up to 2 days.

  Local Delivery (Metro Atlanta):

  Please call if local delivery is needed. A $65 minimum order is required. All packages will be delivered within normal business hours. Wedding & Event deliveries are an exception. Rates depend on location. Not all locations are available for delivery.
